Опека Богини
В 1899 Чарльз Годфри Леланд впервые издал "Арадия: Евангелие от Ведьм", маленькую книжечку о дошедшем до наших времен искусстве итальянского колдовства. В ней приводится понятие Опеки Богини, ставшего сегодня неотъемлемой частью викканского ритуала. Дорин Валиент создала свою версию этого ритуала. Стархок предлагает еще одну версию в "Спиральном Танце"; Джанет и Стюарт Ферра представляют другую в книге "Восемь Шабашей для Ведьм". Даже писательница-фантаст Андре Нортон обратилась к этой теме в своей книге "Призванный Луной".
"Опека Богини" - древние наставления по использованию энергии Луны. Никто наверняка не знает каков в действительности возраст "Опеки". Леланд считал ее неотъемлемой частью тайного ритуала, дошедшего до нас благодаря последователям языческих культов Средиземноморья.
Книга начинается словами: "Слушайте слова Великой Матери, которую древние называли Артемидой, Афиной, Дианой, Серридвеной... " Далее следует перечень имен Лунной Богини. "Всякий раз, когда Вам понадобиться моя помощь, раз в месяц, лучше в Полнолуние, Вы должны собраться в неком укромном месте...", "Опека" обещает, что культ Богини освободит ее почитателей от рабства других людей и христианских законов и откроет священные мистические тайны.
Существуют различные версии "Опеки Богини", которые обычно являются компиляцией из остальных. Привожу версию, которую использую сама, частично дополненную мной.
Слушайте слова Великой Богини, которую в древности называли Артемидой, Дианой, Астартой, Иштар, Афродитой, Венерой, Серридвеной, Морригу, Фрейей, Белой Леди и многими другими именами.
Всякий раз, когда Вам нужна моя помощь, соберитесь раз в месяц в укромном месте, лучше в полнолуние. Знайте, что мои законы и любовь сделают Вас свободными, потому что ни один человек не сможет помешать Вам поклоняться мне в Вашем сознании и сердце. Слушайте внимательно, когда я явлюсь Вам и буду учить Вас священным тайнам, древним и могущественным. Я не потребую от Вас ни жертв, ни истязаний тел, поскольку я - Мать всего сущего, Демиург, создавший Вас из любви своей, та, которая существовала во все времена.
Я — та, которая есть красота Земли, зелень растущего, я — белая Луна, чей обильный свет мягко льется на Землю. От меня произошло все, ко мне все, в свой час, и вернется. Пусть радостное мне поклонение пребудет в Ваших сердцах, поскольку все содеянное в любви и по желанию - это мои ритуалы. Вы увидите меня в любви мужчины и женщины, в любви родителей и ребенка, в любви человека ко всем моим созданиям. Когда Вы творите своими руками, я с вами. Я вдыхаю жизнь в семя растений, которые Вы сеете, или ребенка. Всегда я стою с Вами рядом, шепча нежные слова мудрости и поддержки.
Все искатели Тайн должны придти ко мне, ибо я -Истинный Источник, Хранитель Котла. Все, кто стремится познать меня, знает это. Все Ваше стремление и поиски не принесут Вам ничего, если не познаете Тайну: не найдете то, что ищете вне и без нее. Ибо вот, я была с Вами от начала, и я приложу Вас к Своей груди в конце Вашего земного существования.
"Опека" обычно читается в начале ритуала. Слушание или прочтение ее помогает знающему, посвященному последователю открыть двери в коллективное бессознательное. Понимание ритуала, психических явлений, снов и паранормальных способностей станет доступно при помощи древних знаний, погребенных глубоко в коллективном бессознательном каждого из нас. Мощный поток энергии Полной Луны усилит способность устанавливать эту связь.
Мы не знаем достоверно читалась ли одна и та же "Опека" для Полумесяца и Темной Луны, так как Богини, символизирующие эти фазы Луны были высокочтимыми и имели большое число преданных последователей.
Хотя многие из лунных ритуалов предназначались только для женщин, все же это не мешает мужчинам присоединиться к поклонению Великой Богине. Даже в древности некоторые мужчины становились ее последователями.
Архетип Великой Богини, в ее трех аспектах, пережил преследования, насмешки, уничижение. Но никакие человеческие или религиозные законы не смогли порвать связь человека с Луной. Следуя интуиции, мы должны идти по лунной дорожке, ведущей к сокровенной, внутренней двери древнего знания. Мы должны научиться чувствовать фазы Луны и потоки ее энергии; мы должны понимать, как энергии Луны работают на протяжении лунного года. Когда мы сумеем этого достичь, мы обретем магический ключ к нашему внутреннему миру.
