The article presents the directions of improving the quality of the
training system for master’s programs and a mathematical model of
individualization of education, developed on the basis of the modern
mathematical apparatus of the radical environment. Currently, there
are a number of methods of individualization of education, which are
mainly aimed at the segment of secondary education and are poorly
adapted to the requirements of higher education. As a scientific and
theoretical basis for the developed model, it is proposed to use an
adaptive teaching methodology with virtualization elements based
on the main control functions.
It is proposed to carry out internal differentiation, which implements
a number of successive stages: determination of indicators and cri-
teria for assessing knowledge (ZUN), skills and abilities of students
for the entrance control; diagnostics of ZUN students during the in-
coming control; formation of individual trajectories of training stu-
dents; implementation of a differentiated approach during prepa-
ration; conducting current and final control, adjusting the individual
training trajectory.
Key words: radical modeling, individualization of learning, unique,
container.
