ORGANIZATION OF TEACHERS’ PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITIES AND ITS 
SOME FEATURES

Abstract: The article covers the problems of improving the professional skills and 
psychological competence of a teacher, which is a focused, jointly organized activity of the 
administration, methodological association, psychologists and the teacher himself. In particular, 
questions of the effective organization of the teaching staff, administration, educational 
institution as a whole, as well as orientation to the essential updating, the transformation of the 
goals and methods of the educational institution. 
Keywords: pedagogical activity, specialist, professional mastery, educational process, 
administration, personnel development, self-improvement, pedagogical potential. 
In the conditions of radical economic changes taking place in our country and the world, a 
deep, logical rethinking of the life of society as a whole and of each citizen separately is 
required. Of all the civic positions, personal values, professional should be considered 
paramount, because it is it that determines the real contribution of each member of society to the 
public. 
Being a specialist, owning qualifications, each of us serves the other, producing a material, 
intellectual or emotional product. In this production, a specialist from a non-specialist differs in 
that he does his job in a qualified manner, i.e. qualitatively. He is prepared for this by his 
education.
Today, specialists found themselves in conditions when they needed not only new 
knowledge from the field of science in their field of work to solve problems, but also a need for 
new economic knowledge, the study of general trends in social change in Kazakhstan and self-
determination in new conditions. 
New conditions put forward new requirements, which everyone interprets in their own 
ways, taking into account their own beliefs, values, positions, goals, inner content, individual 
abilities. Comparison of the internal with the external, their correlation and the desire to bring in 
line is called self-determination. You can self-determine by position, i.e. according to its 
functions in this situation, its professional purpose. 
Responding to new needs, the field of educational services is increasingly paying attention 
to the methodology of activity, the basics of management, self-education technologies and all 
that allows specialists to adapt to new conditions.
