The results and their novelty: in the study of the incidence of tuberculosis in the Republic of Belarus, as well as in Smorgon and Smorgon district for 2010- 2017, it should be noted a downward trend. Tuberculosis mortality rates also tend to decrease. It should be noted that in the city of Smorgon and Smorgon district, slightly higher than the incidence of active tuberculosis, and respiratory tuberculosis, but other forms of active tuberculosis are lower than the national. In the analysis of the structure of the incidence of tuberculosis, higher rates of morbidity of the rural population than the urban, both in Smorgon and Smorgon district, and in the Republic of Belarus as a whole. Also in the work was conducted a survey of 90 persons suffering from tuberculosis and inpatient treatment: almost 2/3 of the participants of the survey were not identified patients with tuberculosis in the family, so the infection could occur as a result of contact with patients with tuberculosis or bacterial carriers in transport, at work, etc.; half of the surveyed tuberculosis was detected with FGC, which indicates the effectiveness of the annual fluorographic examination. Degree of use. The results of the work can be used to summarize the statistical reports of health care institutions in the Smorgon district.
