DEVELOPMENT STAGES IN EDUCATIONAL EVALUATION
Historical aspects of evaluation development in education connected with philosophical paradigms
are considered. The modern understanding of educational evaluation and meta-evaluation is given. As
the basis of measurements in evaluation is offered to use Standards for educational and psychological
tests which play the important role in quality assessment. The ways to quality improvement of assessment
results are offered.
