ANNOTATIONS The relevance of the research topic is related to the process of construction of buildings with elements of integrated landscaping and the need to update the regulatory and technical base in relation to this area based on the results of scientific research.with the increase in the density of construction of urbanized areas, in order to create a favorable living environment, structural and technological solutions of roofing coverings with landscaping systems were used in construction practice. Traditional roof technology is not always suitable for roofs with landscaping systems. Installation of landscaping systems on roofs leads to an increase in the complexity and duration of construction of common construction objects.development and research of rational technological parameters in the construction of multi-storey structures of roof coverings with landscaping systems-aimed at reducing additional labor costs that occur when creating roof landscaping systems Technologies for the construction of enclosing structures of coatings of modern buildings are a set of technological processes, each of which affects the overall labor intensity, duration and cost of their construction. Despite the general principles of design of multi-layer coatings, various structural and technological solutions and new materials used allow us to increase the efficiency of construction of enclosing structures of roofs of buildings of various purposes, while ensuring the necessary quality and durability of roofing systems.
