But “the stability of citizenship in space is not weakening, since there is not a legal, but an actual termination of communication between the state and its citizen. Legally, the connection of citizenship is not interrupted, it is actually terminated. The stability of citizenship in space is not violated if the citizen refuses to use the rights granted by this state and to fulfill the corresponding obligations in relation to the host country” [8]. Thus, it can be stated that citizenship is the actual belonging of a person to a particular country, carried out through the legal connection of a person with the state, expressed in the presence of certain rights, freedoms and obligations arising from this connection.
