Methods of information interaction of subjects of management of urban education

One of the important directions of informatization is the creation of an integrated education management information system (EMIS). In education there is an urgent need to establish a new model of EMIS as a platform for pedagogical interaction between the subjects of the educational process. Relevance of the new model EMIS is the need of scientific and pedagogical understanding, on the one hand, the changes that the school system has undergone in recent years, on the other hand advances in ICT. All this defines new approaches to the creation of EMIS, the architecture which is based on the pedagogical principles of interaction between the subjects of management. And this is dictated by the choice of research topic "Methods of information interaction of subjects of management of urban education."
The purpose of research - scientific theoretical basis and methodological development of teaching modern architecture EMIS using modern advances in ICT.
The object of study - the interaction of actors informatization management of the urban educational system.
The subject of study - impact of the new model EMIS to improve interaction between the. actors informatization management.
Research hypothesis - the interaction of subjects of management will be effective, if:
- info-communication infrastructure of educational management, educational architecture, which reflects the actual contents of all areas of cooperation is created;
-it is provided a transformation of traditional management education into modern communication systems the interaction of subjects of management based on the model of "Personal Office";
The technique of interaction of subjects in the info-communications system, is accompanied by a set of management functions and practices on the principles of openness, mobility and cooperation reflected in the development of creative potential of individuals, then informatization management education will have pedagogical value, as it is realized student-activity-, system, and axiological and methodological approaches.
Purpose and hypothesis led to formulate the main points:
1.To uncover the theoretical foundations of information management system of education based on modern advances in information and communication technologies.
2. To create information and communication infrastructure of the organization of secondary education and the City Department of Education «NetMektep».
3. To develop model and method of interaction between subjects of management of urban education in «NetMektep».
4. To study the effects EMIS «NetMektep» to improve the interaction of subjects of management of the urban educational system.
