Annotation. Cognitive studies firmly occupy their positions in the science of language.
Scientists do not lose interest in such a concept as a concept. At present, the study of speech on
the Internet is more relevant than ever - here the whole variety of vocabulary, grammar and other
sections of the Russian language opens up. The speech of Internet users is studied through the
prism of modern paradigms. Cognitive linguistics is no exception, in particular the representation
of various concepts of the Russian language picture of the world. The purpose of this work is to
identify the features of the verbalization of the concept "Nature" on the example of the popular
social network Runet "VKontakte" (VK). Fragments of this concept and lexemes representing it
are highlighted. The material was the comments of subscribers to the thematic publications. A total
of 135 comments were considered.
