ЗАКЉУЧАК

Др сц Слађана Андрејевић је оригинални научни допринос дала у области аутоимуности истраживањима која доприносе расветљавању улоге аутоантитела у развоју инфламације и обољења.

Научни допринос је везан за налазе који показују да: а) антифосфолипидна антитела имају патогени потенцијал који није везан за њихов афинитет, као и да њихова удруженост са антимитохондријским антителима М5 типа и антителима против ламина доводи до клиничких манифестација АФС-а; б) антинеутрофилна цитоплазматска антитела могу бити индукована лековима, инфекцијама, или настају услед примарног процеса. Њихова антигена специфичност и удруженост са другим антителима опредељује њихову улогу у настанку болести; в) утврђивање присуства криоглобулина и аутоантитела помаже у дијагностиковању инфекција, аутоимунских и лимфопролифе-ративних болести; г) серолошки маркери (активност DNase I, концентрација високо афинитетних анти- dsDNA антитела) утичу на прогнозу и ток системског еритемског лупуса.

Посебно је вреднована активност др Слађане Андрејевић везана за успешно руковођење

пројектним задацима, педагошки рад, као и активности у широј друштвеној заједници (ангажовање у области примарних имунодефицијенција, посебно хередитарног ангиоедема) и широј академској заједници (научна рецензија у међународним часописима и учешће у организацији научних скупова). Такође је вреднована способност др Слађане Андрејевић да оствари сарадњу на реализацији истраживачких задатака и клиничких испитивања са колегама из других иностраних центара.

На основу целокупне истраживачке активности др Слађане Андрејевић везане за област клиничке имунологије, а посебно на основу оних резултата који су објављени у часописима међународног значаја (укупно 30, а од избора у последње научно звање публиковано је 12 радова) и цитирани у радовима других аутора (до сада 248 пута), може се закључити да др Слађана Андрејевић има јасно одређене правце истраживања, способност да постављене истраживачке задатке успешно реализује и искаже на истраживачком пољу којим се бави. Својим истраживањима она доприноси фундаменталним сазнањима у области имунологије, која уједно могу имати примењљив клинички значај.

На основу свих претходно изнетих чињеница чланови Комисије су сагласни да др Слађана Андрејевић испуњава све законом предвиђене услове за реизбор у звање виши научни сарадник, па стога предлажу Научном већу Медицинског факултета Универзитета у Београду да усвоји овај извештај и да се др Слађана Андрејевић реизабере у звање виши научни сарадник.
