The subject of the research is the process of preparing of the education
manager to the innovative activity in higher education institutions.
The methods of the research. For achieving the settled goals and solving
specific problems were applied the following set of methods: analysis of
documents; expert evaluation; psychological testing; conversation; observation;
surveys; questionnaires; statistical methods of data processing.
In the course of empirical research of studied issue were applied the following
own methods: questionnaire study of the socio-psychological barriers that
education manager experiences in innovative activity of higher educational
establishment; profile of expert evaluation criterion of innovative activity of
manager of education; questionnaire evaluation of innovative activity of manager
of education; self-assessment questionnaire efficiency of innovative activity of
education manager; profile of peer review component of preparedness of education
manager for innovative activity in terms of higher education institutions;
questionnaire study of the socio-psychological characteristics of manager of
education in innovative activity of higher education establishments.
