Purpose of discipline:In this discipline, biotechnological methods are used and give an idea of the possibilities of reproduction in an artificial environment, obtaining new varieties.
Course aim: To know the acquisition of new plant seeds, knowledge of their vital products, the ability to use them to solve technological problems, as well as mastering the necessary characteristics with the help of genetic engineering.
Course description:Cells, tissues isolated from plants and methodsof cultivation in an artificial nutrient medium that disinfects organs andmastering the ability to use in biotechnology the processes of dedifferentiationleading to the formation of corns, and the pathways of morphogenesis occurring in vitro, the pathways of clonal micro-reproduction and plant health improvement.
