According to the structure and content, these factors are interrelated, have
mainly socio-psychological nature, therefore they can be interpreted as a socio-
psychological characteristics of the individual of education.
Basing on the results of factor analysis, we have developed a standardized
questionnaire with relevant (factors) diagnostic scales.
According to the research (n = 198) by means of usage of developed
questionnaire was analyzed the frequency of encountered socio-psychological
characteristics with the consideration of less efficient education managers little.
This allowed to state that the socio-psychological characteristics of effective
education managers, in comparison with less effective education managers, have
significant differences of socio-psychological characteristics.
