(1991-2020) Since the first years of independence, political, economic and cultural ties have been established and relations between the Turkic-speaking countries have reached a high level. The relevance of the topic is a comprehensive study of the history of the development of political and cultural ties between the Turkic-speaking peoples at the present time through archival data and diplomatic documents. is a novelty. Establishing a wide range of interstate relations with Turkey is one of the main tasks of Kazakhstan in the field of international relations. The main factor that unites these two states is the common brotherhood of the two peoples, the common past, ethnolinguistic proximity, the common origins of geopolitical and economic preconditions. For example, in a short period of time, the relations between the two countries have been intensifying, and the legal framework has been formed. For example, the agreements, declarations, and commitments signed at the highest level by the heads of departments and enterprises of the governments and ministries of the first heads of state of the two countries. The parliaments of the two countries have strong ties of friendship, cooperation and mutual understanding. Cultural, artistic and educational ties have brought the two peoples closer to each other and established peaceful relations. After all, there are many similarities in the history, language and culture of the two countries. Due to the wide range of common spiritual, political and economic interests between the two countries, the relations between them are still developing very rapidly. Екі ел тарихи аренада бір-бірімен ежелден араласып келе жатқан, түбірі бір түркі тілдес мемлекеттер. Қазақстан Республикасы өзінің егемендігін алған алғашқы күннен бастап-ақ түркі тілдес халықтар арасындағы байланыстар нығайып келе жатыр. Ең алғаш болып еліміздің егемендігін құттықтаған сол кездегі Түркия Республикасының Президент Т.Озал болды. Осы кезден бастап Түрік Республикасы мен Қазақстан арасында экономиккалық байланыстар нығайып түркі мемлекеті еліміздің экономикалық дамуына көп мөлшерде инвестиция сала отырып еліміздің тез дамуы мен саяси аренада тез алға басуына көп көмек берді. Екі ел арасындағы серіктестік саяси, экономикалық және мәдени жағынан да дамып отыр. Қазақстан-Түркия мемлекеттері арасындағы әлеуметтік-саяси, әріптестік байланыстарының тарихы (1991-2020 жж.) кешенді салыстырмалы түрде тарихи деректер арғылы зерттелетіндіктен де өзекті болып табылады. Мақаланың негізгі мақсаты Қазақстан-Түркия мемлекеттері арасындағы әлеуметтік-саяси, әріптестік байланыстарының тарихын (1991-2020 жж.) ғылыми зерттеулер мен дипломатиялық құжаттар мен экономикалық байланыстар арқылы салыстырмалы түрде ала отырып кешенді зерттеу жасауға талпыну. жүктеу/скачать 3.48 Mb.
