21 Technological culture teachers reflects the nature of the activity-pedagogical work and includes a high lev- el of methods and techniques of formulating and solving educational problems. V.A.Slastenin [9] defines the technology as a pedagogical philosophy of action. By deploying this provision, I.A.Kolesnikova considers the technological culture as a spiritual con- nection with the content of teaching activities perfect form of its implementation. Technological culture reflects the ability of the teacher to make the transition from a philosophical and pedagogical level for praxeological (activity) level and is manifested not only in the ability to develop pedagogical culture developed technology, but also to make their own contribution to their development, the ability to solve technologically pedagogical strategies and plans. So, professional work of teachers is defective if it is based only on the reproduction of once learned methods of work. You must use methods to achieve higher learning outcomes and methods for facilitat- ing the development of the personality of the teacher.
