| АННОТАЦИЯ
В дипломном проекте разрабатывается технологические процессы текущего ремонта круглостапельного самонаклада комбинированной фальцевальной машины модели AFC 744. Дипломный проект состоит из следующих разделов: - технологический отдел; - безопасности и охраны труда; - экономический отдел; - графическая часть. В технологический раздел входит процессы текущего ремонта круглостапельного самонаклада комбинированной фальцевальной машины модели AFC 744 . Также рассмотрены технологическая схема издания, основные принципы работы механизма, определены дефекты деталей механизма, технические характеристики часто ломающихся деталей механизма, процесс и расчеты ремонта механизма. В разделе охраны труда рассмотрены вопросы безопасности условий труда рабочего персонала, а также их решения. В экономической части приведены расчеты изготовления и ремонта детали механизма подавателя, стоимости и экономической эффективности производства, выпуска продукции. Графическая часть дипломного проекта предаставлена чертежами: - общая схема комбинированной фальцевальной машины; - кинематическая и сборочная схема машины; - рабочий чертеж часто ломающихся деталей механизма барабана; - операционные эскизы механизма; - общая схема ремонтно-механического цеха; - техника-экономические показатели. 7 THE SUMMARY In the diploma project, technological processes are being developed for the current repair of the round-stalk feeder of the combined folding machine model AFC 744. The diploma project consists of the following sections: - technological department; - safety and labor protection; - economic department; - the grafical part. The technological section includes the processes of current repair of the round-stitch feeder of the combined folding machine model AFC 744. Also considered are the technological scheme of the publication, the basic principles of the mechanism, the defects in the details of the mechanism, the technical characteristics of the often broken parts of the mechanism, the process and the calculations of the repair mechanism. In the section on labor protection, the issues of safety of working conditions of working personnel, as well as their solutions, are considered. In the economic part, calculations are made for the manufacture and repair of the details of the feeder mechanism, the cost and economic efficiency of production, and the output of products. Graphical part of the diploma project is presented by drawings: - the general scheme of the combined folding machine; - kinematic and assembly diagram of the machine; - working drawing of often breaking parts of the mechanism of the drum; - operational sketches of the mechanism; - the general scheme of the repair and mechanical shop; - technical and economic indicators. |
