Abstract. In the present article the concept of objects of the civil benefits in the light of
recent changes of the civil legislation is considered, authors focus attention on the problem of
the content of the category of “an object of the right” and its ratio with the concept of “an
object of the civil rights”; and analyze the essence of transformations of the civil legislation
regarding the turnover ability of objects of the civil rights.
