Lines M84-532 to 538, RB / RDT (Bt-3) and Ridit (Bt-3), infected with the disease at the level
of 1-5%, were found to be resistant. Heines VI (Bt-0) and M84-504 to 510, Red Bobs (Bt-0) were
found to be medium soft to common bunt, the incidence of these lines ranged from 15 to 22%. In the
case
of Almaty region, the line Sel 50077 (Bt-7) can be considered as nonresistant to the pathogen
Tilletia caries (DC.) Tul, the incidence of this line was 3 points (Table 1, Figure 1).

Bt isogenic lines to
Tilletia caries (DC.) Tul. population
In
the next stage of the study, resistance of 25 domestic winter soft wheat varieties to the
pathogen Tilletia caries (DC.) Tul was tested in an artificial environment. Based on the results of the
table, 15 wheat varieties (Zhetysu, Nureke, Raminal, Dinara, Egemen-20, Karasai, Reke, Talim, Kyzyl
Biday, Naz, Egemen, Mereke 70, Manshyk, Zhalyn and Kazakhstanskaya 25) were highly resistant to
common bunt (Table 2, Figure 2).
