ANNOTATION In this article, the organization of an automated system for managing and accounting of electric energy in multi-storey residential buildings was considered in order to improve the efficiency of management and control of electric energy consumption. Options for accounting for electricity consumed by consumers of electricity in the household sector of multi-storey residential buildings are presented. It was noted that the organization of an automated system for controlling and accounting of electric energy allows solving problems that arise when some household subscribers in an apartment building do not have metering devices. Several types of methods of stealing electricity in an apartment building and data on its solution are presented. The organization of an automated system for controlling and accounting of electric energy was carried out through the LoRaWAN system and a single-phase multi-tariff meter of Saiman LLP is used. In addition, information about the operation of the LoRaWAN system was presented. They spoke about the tasks that solve the problem of electricity consumption by organizing an automated system for accounting and management of electric energy with a center for collecting and processing and automatically receiving data through meters. The information was given that the creation and operation of an automated system for managing and accounting of electricity will allow to accurately calculate the consumption of electricity consumed in multi-storey residential buildings and consider ways to reducethem, determine the costs of stolen electricity.
