As a result of research it has been shown, that the combined application of non-selective inhibitor of arginase
L-norvaline
and antioxidant
mexidol
expressedendothelioprotective
action
on
model of
L-NAME-
induceddeficiency NO that was expressed in prevalence of endothelium dependent relaxations of vessels and
decreasing of the coefficient of endothelial dysfunction, increased production of nitric oxide.
