This work was performed in accordance with the prior areas of science and
technology development of the Republic of Uzbekistan PPI-1. Investigation of
spiritual - moral cultural development of society, the history of the Uzbek people
and statehood, issues of continuity and succession education and upbringing of
harmonious generation.

Research in the field of social psychology and the development of research
methods of managerial and innovative activity of leaders in the system of higher
education is an urgent and rapidly conducted research in developed countries such
as Hamburg University in Germany, France (University of Strasbourg),
Tokyo
Metropolitan University
(Japan), Spain (University of Granada), Poland
(University of Social Psychology), Russia (Russia State Academy of government
service under the President of RF), (Siberian state university, Russia State
Pedagogical university), Russia State University of Innovative technologies
(Russia).
On the issue of the researcher were obtained the following results: were
develop mechanisms for the collective psychic regulation in both normal and
extreme conditions (University of Strasbourg); were developed methods for
assessing the level of conflict in small groups (University of Social Psychology);
were revealed the psychological aspects of the forms of innovation processes in
today's fast-paced economic environment (University of Granada); were identified
characteristics of the innovation potential, the strategic importance of innovation,
the definition of high-tech products and science-intensive production level related
to the activity of the manager, the role of organizational culture in innovative
potential, especially organizational innovation, engineering and reengineering of
organizations, strategic management of innovation, as well as personal
management in implementing innovative activity (Russian State University of
innovation and entrepreneurship, the North Branch); was revealed dependence of
the development of personal and professional characteristics of the head of
educational institution by psycho-achmeological characteristics: age, job status,
management expertise, seniority and career development paths in terms of
innovative activity (the Russian Academy of Public Service under the President of
the Russian Federation).
Promising areas of management psychology are the studies of social and
psychological factors in the formation of manager, psychodiagnosis of respective
inclinations of future managers, characterological and individual psychological
characteristics of the personality of manager and ethnoregional, ethno-

psychological features of manager, the study of gender differences between
managers, the age characteristics of the social and psychological features of
manager in various fields of socio-psychological features of management.
