USING OF IODINE POTASSIUM AND BENTONITA FOR FATTENING OF CHICKENS-BROILERS

Annotation. One of major factors of external environment, causing difficult bio-chemical changes in an organism, there are forages, balanced on nourishing and biologically active matters.

The action of forage additions at growing of chickens is directed on diminishing of stress situations, and, consequently, and diseases, on the increase of living mass of animals and birds.

The preparations iodine are easily soaked up by mucous environments alimentary of a path of an animal, and iodine of salt can soak up in a constant kind, and molecular iodine partly passes in iodine oxide of salt and acts in difficult connections with fatsimilar by substances (lipoidami) and temporarily circulates in organism in the form of organic connections. The bird on a background by an iodine of insufficiency has deep infringements in albumen, lipidnom, carbohydrate and mineral exchange, therefore are worsened to overcook of a forage and comprehensibility of nutritious substances (S.F. Suhanova, 2006). In this connection the problem iodine of a feeds a bird saves the urgency and has scientific - practical importance.

Scientific - economic experience spent on poultry factory ООО " Uksyanskiy broiler " in 2008, on chickens - broiler cross "Change - 4", which in daily age have distributed in two groups by a principle of analogues. The control group received the basic ration (BR) with a doze inorganic iodine 0,7 g on 1 t mixed fodder, skilled – mixed fodder а, containing in the structure 3 % bentonit and inorganic iodine – potassium iodine in the same amount, as well as in the control. The conditions feedings, contents, density of landing, front feedings and poenie, parameters of a microclimate in all group were identical.

In the beginning of cultivation weight of chickens both in control, and in skilled makes on the average 44,1 grammes (tab. 1). In the age of 14 days broilers skilled surpassed the control on 2,75 %, and per 35 days - on 4,95 % (Р < 0,05) accordingly. At the end of cultivation (42 days) weight of chickens of skilled group also was more control on 7,00 % (Р < 0,01). Thus the daily average gain of alive weight for the period of cultivation was authentically more at a chicken of skilled group - on 7,15 % (p < 0,01), in comparison with analogues of control group.

For definition of meat efficiency the birds have carried out slaughter and anatomic division of carcasses (tab. 2).

Is established, that the output potroshenoy of carcass in control group is less, than in skilled, on 0,67 %.

In weight of edible parts broilers skilled surpassed control on 11,45 % (Р < 0,05). Weight myshechnoy of a fabric at chickens of control group was less, than skilled: breast of muscles in comparison with skilled on 18,02 % (Р < 0,05), and thighs - on 1,88 % accordingly.

So, use iodine as iodine potassium in a complex about bentonit-volume promoted increase of alive weight, meat efficiency of chickens, and also positive increase of an output potroshenoy of carcass and edible parts.
