Saint- Petersburg University of the Humanities and Social Sciences; Saint- Petersburg State University of Culture The issue of lexicographic support for the translation of texts in lan- guages for special purposes, in particular, art history and preserva- tion of cultural heritage, is considered in the scientific literature for the first time. At the same time, the definition that certifies the am- biguity of artistic terminology and discourse is taken into account, the ambiguity of the term “art” and artistic terminology is noted. It is shown that lexicographic resources that can be attracted to work on a written translation on art history with a pair of English – Rus- sian are, first of all, two bilingual two-sided paper dictionaries. They are intended for a fairly wide range of readers and humanitarian specialists. The study of parallel texts of the monograph, the study of the selected thematic literature of the monograph on Art Nou- veau shows that one of the characteristic features of the text on art history of art is the presence of creolized texts: a set of verbal and non-verbal components (not having a natural origin of a sign system with semiotic information, such as color, shape, etc. size of letters, pictures). жүктеу/скачать 4.6 Mb.
