Relevance of the research: In conditions of growing globalization, unification of spiritual and material culture every nation wants to maintain its identity, cultural values, language, customs and traditions, facing its need of spiritual self-determination. In the context of the developments the responsibility of the educational institutions of society increases, especially, comprehensive school in formation of personality of the rising successor. Therefore, one of the most important goals of nowadays for educational theory and practice set for process of education of the rising generation is the issue of contemporary school formation of the national Weltanschauung. In the aspect, the usage of musical art vast educational opportunities becomes essential.

The goal of the research: Revealing and theoretical substantiation of educational conditions providing efficient formation of the national Weltanschauung of primary school children by the means of music

The object of the research: primary school educational process

The subject of the research: formation of the national Weltanschauung of primary school children by the means of music.

The hypothesis of the study: if the theoretical basis of the formation of a national outlook of students of primary classes are defined by means of music teaching conditions, results of the content and methodology, then it would be possible formation of a national ideology of primary classes, music will help to reveal the feelings and the development of creative abilities in younger schoolchildren.

The theoretical and methodological basis of the research includes: Theory of personality, philosophical psychological and educational theories of Weltanschauung; Theory of interconnection between human and national; theory of art perception; contemporary humanistic concepts; educational politics of state.

Methodology of the research: Theoretical analysis of the research issue in literature of relevant areas as Philosophy, Psychology and education, Ethnopedagogy, History and Ethnography, bélles-léttres, Art, and Scientific methodology; study of school papers, analysis of creative work of school children, questionnaire, discussions, study of leading educational experience, educational experiments, statistic report and general conclusion of results.



Scientific novelty of the research:

  • Theoretical substantiation of the issue of formation of the national Weltanschauung of primary school children by the means of music has been presented.

  • principal educational conditions providing efficient formation of the national Weltanschauung of primary school children by the means of music have been revealed.

  • structural model of formation of the national Weltanschauung of primary school children by the means of music has been developed ; more, criterion, factors, and conjectural levels of formation of the researched qualities of primary school children by the means of music have been determined;

  • methods of formation of the national Weltanschauung of primary school children by the means of music have been developed and experimentally approved.

Practical value of the research

Theoretical deduction and scientific and methodological recommendations provide efficiency of process organization of formation of the national Weltanschauung of primary school children by the means of music.Developed and tested are the model of formation of the national Weltanschauung of primary school children by the means of music and methodology of formation of the researched qualities of primary school children; the results than have been obtained during the research and proceeded from them recommendations could be applied by comprehensive schools, colleges of Education, Universities, in system of advanced training and retraining of pedagogical personnel.

Approbation and introduction of the research results were being applied during experimental work such as scientific reports at the International practical scientific conferences (Astana, 2007; Shymkent, 2007, 2008) and educational scientific publications recommended by Kazakhstan Committee of supervision and certification in Education and science area (“Bilim”, “Kazakhstan mektebi”, “Ult tagylymy”, “Izdenis”).

Prospects for research. In the future, this study may be the direction in the aspect of studying the problems of forming a national outlook of students of primary school facilities, vnutripredmetnoy and interdisciplinary integration of decorative and applied arts, aesthetic education, the study of national cultural heritage of the region, students' creative projects, etc., in conjunction with the individualization and differentiation of developmental education.
