We eat healthy food and unhealthy food every day and we don’t know which of them healthy or unhealthy food.

Now say me please: what nutrients do you know?

Fruits: there are banana, apples avocado, orange, grapes, strawberries and etc.

Vegetables: cabbage, tomato, cucumber and etс

All food is made up of nutrients which our bodies use.There are different kinds of nutrients: carbohydrates, proteins, fats vitamins and minerals. Different foods contain different nutrients.

Before we cut down on fat, sugar and salt, we have to know a bit more about the kind of food these things might be in.

The biggest problem comes when these things are hidden in other foods: biscuits, crisps, sausages, meat pies, soft drinks and so on.

These vegetables are long and green. Beans

There are orange vegetables and they grow under the ground. Carrots.

This is a kind of meat from a bird. Chicken.

This green vegetables is used for salad. We don’t cook it. Lettuce.

  1. PresentationT:Ok children! Come here and choose the them. I want to divide you 2 groups. The first group you are ‘Healthy food’ and the second group ‘ Unhealthyfood’. You must to make your presentation write use your opinion, maybe you should draw the pictures or write your sentences or proverbs. I’ll give you 5-7 minutes.
