Nazarbayev ave., 56, *corresponding author. Abstract. The purpose of the study is to consider theoretical issues of increasing the efficiency of an integrated QMS. Research methods – analysis of the quality management system in production. The ways of solving the problems of the integrated quality management system are considered. The results of studying the development, implementation and improvement of an integrated quality management system (IQMS) at the Kurylysmet LLP machine-building plant are presented. The features of implementing an integrated quality management system at small machine-building plants are determined. The use of quality management with more optimal results is revealed. Effective integrated quality management systems for machine-building plants are proposed. The results of assessing the activities of the integrated QMS of the Kurylysmet LLP machine-building plant are presented.
