However, a common culture is not reduced to universality, versatile personality. To characterize the
truly civilized man more likely to use such terms as “spirituality”, “intelligence”.
Spirituality is a complex formation, qualified characteristic, consciousness and self-identity, that re-
flects the integrity and harmony of the inner world, the ability to go beyond ourselves and to harmonize
its relations with the outside world. It is determined not only education, breadth and depth of the cultural
needs and interests, but primarily involves constant and uninterrupted work of the soul, understanding of
the world and in this world, the desire to improve themselves, transforming the space of the own inner
world, the expansion of her consciousness. This particular emotional structure of personality, which man-
ifests itself in the subtle movements of the soul, keen perception of everything that surrounds a person’s
ability to high spiritual states and the establishment of subtle spiritual connections between people, based
on - being responsive to a man taking care of his spiritual growth and welfare. No wonder the meaning of
the word “spirit” (lat. Spiritus) - a breath, the finest air breathing. Noting that the “spiritual culture” and
“spirituality” is not synonymous concepts, E.I.Artamonova argues that spiritual culture personality man-
ifests its spirituality, and spirituality serves the purpose of development of the individual teacher spiritual
culture.
Intelligence as a characteristic feature of civilized man is not confined to higher education and in-
tellectual profession. Here are some characteristics of intellectual given an outstanding scientist in the
history of Russian and world culture Likhachev: “Deprive a truly intelligent person entirely his memory.
Let him, to forget everything in the world, not to know the classics of literature,to remember the greatest
works of art, to forget the most important historical events. But if he retains sensitivity to cultural values,
aesthetic sense, he will be able to distinguish a work of art from the rough “gizmo”, if he can admire the
beauty of nature, to understand the character and personality of another person, enter in his position, but
to understand another person, help him, will not show rudeness, indifference, gloating, envy, and evaluate
other deservedly - that it will be an intelligent man ... Intelligence is not just knowledge, and the ability to
understand another. It manifests itself in the ability to respectfully argue, the ability to seamlessly (which is
imperceptible) to help others, to protect nature; even in the habit of behaving modestly at the table, not to
litter around you - do not litter cigarette butts or swearing, bad ideas (this is also garbage, and still is!) “[7].
The information contains the general culture of the teacher and includes attitudes and priorities of
human values - truth, love, goodness, beauty, freedom, etc. Cultural called a man with a wide range of
spiritual and physical needs - in labor, knowledge, art, sports, communion with nature; with sufficient sci-
entific, political, artistic-minded; comply with generally accepted norms of behavior in society, industrial,
household environment.
The core of the person’s general culture is the education and training in his harmonious unity. If the
basis of the accumulated formation is based on the theoretical and specific human knowledge, which gives
the opportunity to present a complete picture of the world, the essence of education is to the humane treat-
ment of others, in the work culture, behavior and way of life.
Indicator of the teacher’s overall development is the level of cognitive processes: thinking, attention,
perception, memory, imagination. Effectiveness of professional pedagogical activity is largely determined
by the degree of emotional and volitional, wealth and feelings “discipline” and others. The ability to re-
strain himself, not to give the mood to listen is a reason. A person with emotional culture, characterized
by emotional sensitivity, empathy, which is often necessary in a variety of educational situations. In this
regard, an important role is played by the nature and characteristics of the teacher. Qualities such as energy,
sociability, self-reliance, optimism, sense of humor, contribute to the successful solution of didactic and
educational objectives. On the contrary, apathy, isolation, susceptibility to the negative perception of life -
background incompetent teaching staff.
Genuine cultural identity can not imagine “average unit” in a state of rest. Mastering the culture sug-
gests forward movement, the mobilization of domestic resources and spiritual primarily whole creative
abilities and skills - intellectual, artistic, technical, social (organizational, managerial) and others. It is
known that the teaching without enthusiasm, as, indeed, and education without a subject position of the
