teach foreign language, receiving linguistic and pedagogical education and not havinga specific profes-
sional vocabulary often have no idea about the communicative needs inherent in the profession. Due to the 
lack of experience and specialized knowledge,our teachers face many challenges, including psychological, 
linguistic, methodological, etc.The lack of modern textbooks is also the problem. It creates inconveniences 
and difficulties, both in teaching and in the perception of educational material.
Obviously, the teacher of professionally oriented foreign language must learn the basics of the specialty, 
basic jargon and understand the terminology. The lack of basic education of the teacher leads to a distortion 
of the meaning while translating the texts where the emphasis on information is not important from the 
point of specialist’ view [7].
There are several ways for solving these difficulties of foreign language:
-using the materials acquainting with basic concepts of the profession;
- creating situations in which students could use the obtained theoretical knowledge to solve practical 
problems;
-usingthe materials already known for the students, but presented from a different point of view;
- using the qualified teacher’s advice as for preparing for the classes as during their implementation.
In order to increase the specialist’s level of teaching aforeign language providing him with the knowl-
edge and practical skills allowing them to use a foreign language as means of information activities, sys-
tematic replenishment of their professional knowledge and professional communication. Learning the spe-
cialty through language and language learning through specialty is one of themost important problems of 
professional training a specialist in terms of non-linguisticuniversities. 
Teaching professionally oriented foreign language at law schools is a process aimed at the formation 
of active and creative personality of the future specialist in the field of jurisprudence andwho is able to 
apply his linguistic knowledge athisprofessional activities involving the acquisition of special knowledge 
and skills, providing their professional development in a variety of law spheres. This process involves not 
only learning and transferring the students a foreign language as means of communication with socially 
and professionally relevant information, but also it isthe formation of multilingual identity incorporating 
the values of the native and foreign cultures ready for intercultural communication [8].
