Euro-Asian Economic Cooperation (EAEC) – Еуроазиялық Экономикалық Одақ
The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) is an international economic union and free trade zone comprising countries located in central and northern Asia and Eastern Europe. The founding member states of Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Russia established the union by treaty in 2014 and officially implemented the agreement beginning on Jan. 1, 2015.
Eurasian Economic Community – Еуразиялық Экономикалық Қауымдастығы
International organization that ensures multilateral economic cooperation among its member states. The EurAsEC was founded according to the Treaty on the Establishment of the Eurasian Economic Community, signed by the presidents of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan in Astana on October 10, 2000.

A customs union is an agreement between two or more countries to remove trade barriers and lower or eliminate tariffs.
Treaty on the Establishment of the Eurasian Economic Community - Еуразиялық Экономикалық Қауымдастығын құру туралы шарт
The Treaty on the EAEU was signed by the Presidents of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation on May 29, 2014, in Astana.

Formation of the Common Economic Space - Біртұтас экономикалық кеңістіктіктің құрылуы
The Economic Space was established after Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia had removed all customs borders in July 2011 through the Eurasian Customs Union. The Single Economic Space aimed to promote further economic integration.

In 1996 Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Kyrgyzstan signed the Treaty on Increased Integration in the Economic and Humanitarian Fields.
