Introduction
International experience study of the health of the
population shows significant effectiveness of screening
programs. Studies of screening programs are based on
the main principle of prevention – the early detection
of diseases among the population with a high risk of
their development. So, in some countries, a screening
program is used as one of the main methods to estimate
the prevalence of hypertension and further monitoring
in dynamics. In many countries screening program
is used not only as a surveillance program for people
with identified risk factors or diseases of the circulatory
system.[9,10]
Currently in Kazakhstan pathology of the
cardiovascular system is leading among the causes
of morbidity of the population and is the leading in
the structure of mortality. The leading risk factors
for cardiovascular disease include Smoking, obesity,
family cardiac history, family history, previous arterial
hypertension, alcohol consumption, stress, physical
inactivity, hyperlipidemia.[2,8]
According to the (who) world health organization, the
world each year from cardiovascular disease kills more
than 17 million people, including from coronary heart
disease more than 7 million, which is characterized by a
high rate of complications, including death. Diseases of
the circulatory system in many economically developed
countries, as in Kazakhstan, despite the relatively high
level of development of medicine, remains a major cause
of mortality. According to the Agency of the Republic
of Kazakhstan on statistics, the morbidity increased
from 2273,1 (2009) to 2463,2 (2013) on 100 thousand
population. [3,5]. Numerous clinical and statistical studies
suggest that diseases common in the average, elderly and
senile age. According to who, older patients are persons
aged 60-74 years old age 75-80 years of age and persons
older than 90 years old to centenarians. Efficiency and
prognosis of surgical interventions are determined not only
by duration and characteristics of the disease, the number
of stenotic vessels, completeness of revascularization,
the presence of postoperative complications. Largely it
depends on tactics of treatment of patients with coronary
heart disease in the postoperative period, from the
programs of rehabilitation, including the use of the most
effective programs of physical exercises. After surgical
and endovascular treatment in the postoperative period,
patients remain on the phenomenon of maladjustment of
the cardiovascular, respiratory, and regulatory systems
of the body. They are most pronounced in the early
stages of treatment and appear cardialgia, a violation
of the bioelectric activity of the heart and arrhythmias,
