Conslusion Future teachers of science have to experience
the innovative methods of physics and informatics
acquisition. We looked into the peculiarities of this
process, investigated methods of students’ cognitive
development through research project in the field
of physics and informatics. In addition, we defined
the difficulties of physics and informatics learning,
studied the content of teaching physics in tandem
with informatics. We have investigated the issues
connected with organization of research project
activities in the process of physics and informat-
ics acquisition, which are the most appropriate for
future teachers of science at the secondary school.
A researcher focuses attention on a single entity, as
it exists in its naturally occurring environment. A
research project may stand alone as a single sub-
stantive study or it may con stitute one portion of a
larger study employing additional approaches. It can
carry out an exclusive role of strengthening of in-
formative interest, simplification of difficult process
of learning, creation of conditions for formation of
creativity of students. The usage of research project
technology in learning process promotes comple-
tion of such important methodical tasks as creation
of psychological readiness of students to scientific
communication, ensuring natural need of repetition
of a material by the students, training of students in
a choice of the necessary material. The form of ac-
tivities is created during the lesson by means of situ-
ations, which act as means of motivation and stimu-
lations for students. The analysis showed that for
organization of research activities of schoolchildren
in teaching physics and informatics, it is necessary
to take a number of steps: allocate special time in
the curriculum for the organization of research work
of the teacher with students both in the classroom
and out of it. It is important to include this time into
the teacher’s workload; improve the material base
of universities; create a bank of methodological ma-
terials for research projects. It would be splendid
opportunity to develop a network interaction be-
tween universities and IT companies and research
laboratories of the city; organize additional training
for teachers in terms of organization of research ac-
tivities for students. When organizing research with
different groups of students, it is important to iden-
tify the functions of research activities for students
of different groups. In other words, the research ac-
tivities within the frame of physics and informatics
teaching should differ in their functions. Research
projects form skills of reflexive thinking, which al-
low future teachers to present a model of the effec-
tiveness of their own actions.
