CONCLUSION
During the expert examination of the design work, cut-off tests were carried out
in 9 «A» and 9 «B» classes on the subject «Metals». In the experimental 9 «A» class,
chemistry training was conducted using the technology of personality-oriented learning.
The results confirmed the higher level of assimilation of the program material by the
pupils of 9 «A» class (tab. 1)

Thus, we conclude that this technology has obvious advantages: it promotes
active learning of knowledge, involves students with any levels of preparation in the
subject work.
For each level of development of information and communication skills of
students, the indicators of development at the entrance and exit are given (qualitative
change in comparison with the previous level). The number of students with the III
highest level of development of the declared competencies has increased significantly
(tab. 2).
