The hypothesis will be tested that good project management is indispensable in such serious projects as the construction of a green energy plant. After the Expo 2017, there was a boom in this direction in Kazakhstan and the main purpose of this research is to test the relationship between the success of these projects in Kazakhstan and the correct project management at all. The results of this study will be sent to project managers as well as their training universities in order to show the possible main trends in this direction and the seriousness of the need to train high quality personnel to carry out missions in the country scale. Also, the results of the study will be sent to representatives of the Ministry of Education in order to notify them of the need to support such a young profession as a project manager. The results of this study will be indisputable evidence of how project management affects the process of implementing the goals set by the government. The study will also serve as a basis for subsequent research on the impact of project management in innovative areas. If the hypothesis is rejected, then this will serve as an occasion to investigate the reasons for the poor quality of project management in Kazakhstan. Research Limitations / Ethical and Other Considerations Given the geographic location of the study, all data will be collected from Kazakhstan projects. The geographic location of the information found will not be limited, the main thing is that it should demonstrate reliable data on Kazakhstani projects. There is a risk of a small amount of information due to the confidentiality of projects. There is also a possibility of a lack of information from project managers involved in the industry of these projects. Therefore, foreign sources will also be used and its data will be analyzed on reliability of information and its relevance.
