All collected information will be constructed and visualized in histograms and pie charts.
In order to provide possible relationship between financial success of project and proper project
management procedures – regression analysis well be held in this research. Main strategic and
operational KPI’s such as profitability, quality rating of the project will be used in order to provide
successfulness of the project and as a depended part the project management notes information
such as scheduling techniques, project execution tools will be used. It is important to notice, that
the collected information about the activity of project managers in the project will be distributed
on a 10-point scale. Where 0 is an indication that there was no project manager activity on the
project. Whereas 10 is an indicator that the project manager was actively involved in the project.
All the information will be filled into MS Excel program and also there the regression
analysis will be made. The regression analysis will be held in order to analyses each
financial
performance variable with point of PM involvement and their coefficients will be checked. Each
variable will be checked for their correlation and possible existence of outliers. The outliers will
not be taking as a variable in this research. After constructing a regression analysis, the dependence
of project management on a positive outcome in renewable energy projects will be revealed.
