Drawing conclusions about the appropriateness of using mnemonic techniques as a factor
of increasing the efficiency of physics training and their role in the cognitive activity of students,
it should be taken into account that all the proposed mnemonics are considered as a means to
increase the efficiency of physics training based on memorizing laws and formulas and methods
of their application for solving practice-oriented tasks. While teaching mnemonic methods, it is
important to appeal to the personal experience of students, to their feelings and emotions, since
such personally colored material, by all laws of psychology, is remembered more strongly and
stored in memory longer.
The rhymed form of definitions and laws, as well as other mnemonic techniques for the
subject “Physics”, facilitates the memorization of educational material, increases the efficiency
and effectiveness of learning the material studied. The introduction of mnemonics into the
educational process also contributes to a deeper understanding of the subject “Physics”, which
subsequently contributes to the increase in the number of winners of olympiads of various stages.
