applied in improvement of the socio-psychological technologies of training of
psychological training designed to eliminate the psychological barriers to
psychological training program approved by the working group of the Ministry as
well as the results of the experiment and sent to the institutions where they were
introduced to the order (the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized
Education, Protocol №23 dated January 5, 2013). They contribute to improving
methodological foundations of the corresponding process in the scientific sense.

The above research results in the organization of retraining, taking into
account the social and psychological factors are introduced to the work of the Head
of scientific-methodical center (Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special
Education, a certificate №89-01-150 of 8 June 2015; certificate №44 Head of
scientific-methodological Center on November 5, 2013). Improving the socio-
psychological technologies of managers of education in preparation for the
innovation in the leading scientific and methodical center in the staff personnel,
past targeted refresher courses on the basis of implementation and through the
development of differentiated assessments mobilization mechanisms of
psychological motivation of professional development (increasing the activity of
internal psychological reserves, the development of communicative abilities,
internal locus-control, self-esteem and evaluation of professional abilities)
managed to increase the efficiency of management development at 13.8 percent, as
well as improving performance of managers by 11.3 percent.
