Purpose: To consolidate knowledge of key healthy lifestyle and its formation.

Assignments: self compile materials on topical issues of healthy lifestyles, and its formation.
The form of performance: the presentation of the Power Point or the abstract.
Criteria of performance: the presentation should consist of 20 - 30 slides. Summary for 10 - 15 pages. The presentation / essay is required: 1) disclose the relevant issues of patients in the outpatient setting, and 2) to demonstrate the logic of searching for information in accordance with the principles of evidence-based medicine.
