The article deals with the intellectual education of the citizen in accordance with the interests of the modern state
preschool institutions, as well as the efficient organization of the learning process by the tutor with the help of new
technologies on the basis of national values. When using the method mnemotext teacher pays special attention to the
psychological characteristics of children and the development of the thinking process, the specifics of the various
activities in the nature of a child.
