ANNOTATION
The article is devoted to the study of geodynamic processes in the development of
hydrocarbon deposits in the western region of Kazakhstan. According to the project of Tengizchevroil
LLP, the results of complex monitoring of deformations of the Earth's surface and berthing facilities of
the Northern Caspian Sea Canal are presented.
For efficient and safe production of oil fields, the influence of natural and man-made factors
on the development of deformation processes has been studied, which made it possible to assess the
possibility of regulating their influence on the earth's surface and engineering structures. Based on the
analysis of experimental data, a methodology for predicting the precipitation of the Earth's surface
based on the calculated values of the precipitation of the roof of the formation has been developed.
Geodetic works have been carried out to ensure the berthing facilities of the North Caspian
Sea Canal using modern technical means that allow to monitor the condition of objects with high
accuracy and develop measures against deformation, protect the subsoil and the environment.
The scientific novelty of the conducted research consists in the development of a methodology
for monitoring the state of the massif on the basis of modern geodetic instruments with high
information content and accuracy, which makes it possible to identify patterns of the influence of
natural and technological factors on the maximum precipitation of the Earth's surface. For the first
time, an engineering method has been developed for predicting maximum surface deposits in the
development of oil fields, based on the assessment of the physical and mechanical properties of
productive formations.
The practical significance of the research consists in the introduction into production of high-
precision Geodetic methods of the monitoring system during the development of oil fields and the
construction of engineering structures.
