85 practice, which allows to demonstrate pedagogical abilities, form norms of behavior, communication, value orientations, individual style of "pedagogically guided and organized activities". The success of the internship is ensured by the choice of practice bases and its organization. The study of the experience of training specialists in the socio-cultural sphere, the need to overcome the existing contradictions between traditional approaches to the process of "education" of a specialist in the University of Culture and Arts and the requirements of modern socio-cultural practice, prompted the development of a model for the formation of pedagogical culture [15]. The condition for the success of the formation of the pedagogical culture of a specialist in the cultural and leisure sphere of the postgraduate stage is the partnership of the university, its graduates and employers who are directly involved in the process of forming professionally important qualities, both during training and in subsequent professional activity. Trilateral interaction, first of all, stimulates motivation for the qualitative development of the specialty, which is an indispensable condition for professional development, ensures its integrity, continuity, participation and responsibility of all parties in the process of training a modern specialist in socio- cultural activities [16]. The organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the pedagogical culture of a specialist in the cultural and leisure sphere, identified and substantiated in the course of the study, will ensure the implementation of the proposed model, modernization of the educational and educational concept of the University of Culture and Arts in conditions of increasing requirements for the quality of training of higher school specialists. In conclusion, it is emphasized that as a result of the theoretical and empirical research carried out, the initial hypothesis is basically confirmed, the results of the study are summarized, the results obtained are correlated with the hypothesis, the main conclusions of a generalizing nature are formulated, prospects for further study of the research issues are outlined. жүктеу/скачать 2.16 Mb.
