SPECIALISTS OF CULTURAL AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES 
Abstract 
One of the most relevant for the activities of universities of culture and arts is 
the development of theoretical, methodological and technological problems of the 
development of creative potential of future specialists in socio-cultural activities in the 
context of integration into the global educational space. 
Taking into account the rich experience of higher professional education in the 
field of culture and art and current trends in the training of specialists in socio-cultural 
activities in the context of the Bologna process, pedagogical science pays great 
attention to the development of the main subsystems of the creative development of 
the future specialist: theoretical and methodological, pedagogical, organizational, 
technological. 
The ongoing serious transformations in the system of higher professional 
education bring to prominence the issues of the formation of professional competencies 
of future specialists. The cultural and leisure experience of students becomes an 
important component in the process of training students - future specialists in the 
socio–cultural sphere
