The scientific novelty of the research is as follows: 
variative and invariative components of graphic education have been 
thoroughly enhanced by gradually integrating the use of graphic materials in the 
content of educational subjects at school (teaching exact and natural sciences using 
the didactic opportunities of interdisciplinary communication, defining 
pedagogical requirements); 
in improving the effectiveness of graphic education, didactic opportunities of 
the connection between exact and natural subjects (principles, criteria of choosing 
study materials) have been clarified on the basis of defining the structure of 
choosing a single graphic order, and vertically widening cooperative integrative 
activity of providing interdisciplinary relationship; 
classification methods (description, demonstration, peculiarities) of the 
content of graphic images in the content of exact and natural sciences, level of 
increasing the activeness of subjects (assessment criteria for students and exact and 
natural sciences teachers to know their graphic knowledge) have been thoroughly 
developed on the basis of giving stable privilege;
the pedagogical mechanisms (its didactic demands, system, conditions) for 
enhancement of the effectiveness of graphic education in the teaching of exact and 
natural sciences have been solidified on the basis of providing an optimal 
integration of adaptive variations of using graphic models
Implementation of the research results. On the basis of methodological 
and practical recommendations for the implementation of a single graphical

procedure based on the integration of the exact and natural sciences in the general 
secondary education system: 
the proposals on the content and use of graphic education through the 
integration of academic disciplines in the school using didactic possibilities of 
interdisciplinary integration, the provision of a single graphic order through the 
teaching of exact and natural sciences based on established pedagogical 
requirements were used in 01 / 11-01 / 01-2556 (RTM) on December 10, 2019 in 
cooperation with the UNICEF International Children's Fund and № 591 (UNICEF) 
under the project “Development of the National Curriculum for General Secondary 
Education” (reference of the Republican Education Center dated August 5, 2020, 
No. 01 / 11-02 / 2-808). As a result, the development of students’ competencies in 
drawing has expanded the possibility of effective use of graphics in the learning 
process; 
recommendations on defining the educational potential of a single graphic 
mode and developing its structure, as well as determining the types and weight of 
graphic images used in geometry, algebra, physics, chemistry, computer science, 
geography and technology in grades 8-9 were used in the publication of textbooks 
on the subject (reference of the Republican Education Center dated August 5, 
2020, No. 01 / 11-02 / 2-808). These recommendations served to improve the 
content of graphic education and to ensure interdisciplinary coherence; 
recommendations on the definition of the specificity of the use of graphic 
materials in the teaching of exact and natural sciences, classified according to the 
content and types of graphic materials in the content of science and natural 
sciences were included in FE1-OT-O-17057 “Improving the quality and efficiency 
of graphic education for 8-9-form students” (Ministry of Higher and Secondary 
Special Education reference No. 89-03-3482 of September 14, 2019). 
Consequently, the efficiency increase was achieved in terms of teaching exact and 
natural sciences using graphic materials.
suggestions and recommendations for improving the criteria and pedagogical 
mechanisms for determining the graphic knowledge of teachers of exact and 
natural sciences were used in the project ITD-1–14 “Model of continuity in the 
teaching of mathematics and science in pursuing education and its didactic 
support” (Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education 2019 reference 
No. 89-03-3482 of 14 September). The methodological recommendations 
developed in the framework of this project have improved the process of 
application in the practice of using graphic materials in an integrative manner.
