To date, when preparing future specialists, it is necessary to take into account the modern requirements of society and the challenges of the 21st century. At this stage, the country is on the path of development and modernization of public consciousness. The head of state in his article emphasizes the development of such qualities as: competitiveness, pragmatism, preservation of national identity, cult of knowledge, evolutionary rather than revolutionary development of Kazakhstan, openness of consciousness. Undoubtedly, possessing these personal qualities and the desire for self-education, self-development, the future specialist can achieve great successes Without the past there is no future, therefore, the successive generation should not forget the history, customs and traditions of its people and country.
