The era of modernization of energy production has begun. The discovery of energy from renewable resources by nature, such as sunlight, water and wind at the first place nowadays. Energy production from such resources requires a lot of project development costs and therefore a requires a great work of project managers throughout the world. In 2017, the EXPO exhibition was held in Astana. the main theme of which was devoted to the development of innovations in the development of energy production through renewable energy sources and this attracted a large number of project managers to our country. As of May 2020, Kazakhstan has 97 renewable energy projects and many projects are still on the approvement from the government. Despite the fact that renewable energy projects are highly supported by the government, it is a big responsibility for project managers to lead such project. Failure in such project will necessarily lead to large losses, possible environmental disasters and as a result decrease of the reputation of Kazakhstan on the world stage. This raises the logical question of how competent project management allows to create such complex projects in our country and why correct and professional project management is especially important here. жүктеу/скачать 1.76 Mb.
