understanding the pedagogical culture of a specialist in cultural and leisure activities
makes it possible to present it as a condition and prerequisite for effective professional
activity.
Currently, significant experience has been accumulated in the professional
training of specialists in socio-cultural activities. However, it needs a theoretical
rethinking, first of all, from the standpoint of the generally recognized pedagogical
status of socio-cultural activities, in the development of methodological and
technological approaches to improving the educational process at the University of
Culture and Arts, aimed at ensuring "readiness to carry out pedagogical activities" of
future specialists in the field of leisure.
The most acute is the problem of psychological readiness for professional
activity, "pedagogically directed and pedagogically organized", expressed in the
awareness of future specialists of their role as subjects of the pedagogical process, the
activity of a professional implementing pedagogical principles determined by the
specifics of socio-cultural activities requires a motivated and conscious attitude to the
qualitative development of the specialty, the development of professional and
pedagogical abilities and qualities [3].
This is directly related to the training of specialists, due to the specifics of their
activities, who take the role of a leader in solving organizational, pedagogical, artistic
and creative goals and tasks of socio-cultural activities, the object of their socio-
cultural and pedagogical influence are members of public associations, art collectives
and other social communities whose activities are voluntary, spontaneous, unregulated,
determined by personal, group values and interests, provides an opportunity for
creative freedom, personal initiative.
In addition, graduates of universities of Culture and Arts work today in
extracurricular, social, educational institutions and organizations, carry out information
and educational, creative, educational, recreational, recreational, sightseeing and
tourist activities with children, adolescents, the disabled, the elderly, representatives of
risk groups, and this determines the relevance of the problem formation of pedagogical
culture of a specialist in the cultural and leisure sphere.
