culture in the implementation of the leading function - human-making, aimed at the
formation and development of essential forces - abilities and talents of a person,
- the need to form the pedagogical culture of the future specialist of the socio-
cultural sphere, which is a condition for the success of socio-cultural interaction
between the leader and participants of socio-cultural activities and the technological
insecurity of this aspect of specialist training at the university [4].
The pedagogical culture of a future specialist in socio-cultural activities is
considered as a systematic education, including pedagogical values and norms, the
achieved level of personal development, the quality of mastering socio-cultural
technologies that allow humanizing and effectively carrying out various types of socio-
pedagogical activities.
The structure of the pedagogical culture of the future specialist of socio-cultural
activity is presented:
- a value-normative component - a set of values and norms that determine the
spiritual and developmental orientation of the impact and the measure of responsibility
in the process of implementing socio-cultural activities as a pedagogical process,
- a content and technological component, including a variety of directions of
socio-cultural activities, technologies, an arsenal of forms and methods used by a
specialist of socio-cultural activities for effective interaction,
- the personal and creative component - the unity of the actual properties and
qualities of the personality of a professional, ensuring his reference as a socio-cultural
leader. The effectiveness of influence in the process of socio-cultural activity, personal
and professional improvement and the functions of pedagogical culture of a specialist
in socio-cultural activity are creative, humanistic, axiological, cognitive-informational,
communicative, regulatory competence [5].
The essence and specifics of the formation of personal qualities of specialists
in socio-cultural activities are as follows:
- awareness of the axiological determinant of socio-cultural leadership as a
specific type of intellectual, moral, emotional influence of a specialist in the socio-
cultural sphere on a person in order to involve her in the world of culture, stimulate her
development in the process of "pedagogically organized and pedagogically directed"
activities,
