The focus of the educational process is on the formation of a motivated and
conscious attitude to the development of professional activity, internal motivation for
continuous professional and pedagogical self-improvement as the basis of creative self-
realization. Integrativity of cultural and psychological and pedagogical training,
expressed in the mastery of equally socio-cultural and pedagogical technologies that
allow the complex use of techniques and methods of socio-cultural and pedagogical
influence in the socio-cultural sphere [7].
There are the following components of the formation of the pedagogical culture
of the future specialist of the cultural and leisure sphere, such as:
- the depth of psychological and pedagogical training within the framework of
general professional and special blocks,
- the use of the potential of educational, industrial practices, which provides for
the development of a pedagogical component of practice programs, the inclusion of
individual tasks aimed at consolidating pedagogical skills and abilities, the integrated
use of socio-cultural and pedagogical technologies,
- development and consolidation in the socio-cultural practice of the University
of morally developing forms of volunteer movement, charitable actions,
- informing about the participation of students and teachers in socially
significant actions, cultural and charitable projects, about the activities of public
associations, creative teams, contributing to the formation of the image of the
University,
- organization of subject-subject interaction between a teacher and a student
based on a personality-oriented approach to the organization of the educational process,
- psychological and pedagogical support to assist and support students and
graduates of the university,
- interaction of the university, employers and graduates in the process of
forming the pedagogical culture of the future specialist of the socio-cultural sphere
The allocated competencies are determined by the competencies that serve to
define the boundaries of the scope of a specialist in socio-cultural activities a) universal
socio-personal and general cultural, instrumental, general scientific competencies, b)
professional competencies necessary to perform a certain type of artistic, creative,
production and technological, organizational and managerial, scientific and
methodological, research, expert-consulting, project activities [8].
