PROSPECTS OF USING ULTRASOUND
IN EXTRACTION TECHNOLOGY

A possible use of ultrasound to increase efficiency and intensify extraction from by-
products after processing berries is considered in the paper. The comparative analysis of dif-
ferent modes of ultrasound exposure is carried out and the most effective mode is justified.
Keywords: food and processing industries, extraction, ultrasound cavitation exposure.
