Figure 3 – A wheatear resistant to the pathogen Tilletia caries (DC) Tul (left) and a non-resistant
wheatear (right).
We calculated the biomass index of wheat during the stages of development, germination and
blooming. We can say that the samples with the average value of the biomass index of the three stages
with an index value of 0.50 have the highest value. They are Zhetysu, Nureke, Sapaly, Raminal,
Karasai, President, Kyzyl Biday, Almaly, Mereke 70 and Manshuk.

The biomass of Alikhan, Krasnovodopadskaya 25, Dinara, Egemen-20, Krasnovodopadskaya
210, Reke, Talim, Naz, Egemen, Mereke 75 and Zhalyn varieties with an index of 0.45-0.49 was
determined as average. Daulet, Bogarnaya 56 and Aliya varieties showed the lowest biomass index,
the biomass index of these varieties was 0.45.
Figure 4 – The correlation link between main wheatear grain mass of winter wheat varieties and
biomass index (INDVI) indicator
As a result of studying the correlation link between the weight of the main wheatear grain
mass and the biomass index (NDVI), the correlation coefficient was positively correlated with
R = 0.603 and yielded P-Value = 0.001, which indicates the statistical significance between the
obtained objects (Figure 4).
Conclusion. In conclusion, the resistance of wheat samples to Tilletia caries (DC.) Tul
populations was tested in an artificial epidemic media. Out of 25 winter soft wheat varieties, 15 wheat
varieties were distinguished as highly resistant to common bunt. They are Zhetysu, Nureke, Raminal,
Dinara, Egemen-20, Karasai, Reke, Talim, Kyzyl Biday, Naz, Egemen, Mereke 70, Manshuk, Zhalyn
and Kazakhstanskaya 25. Varieties of Sapaly, Almaly, Aliya, Krasnovodopadskaya 210, Bogarnaya
56, Mereke 75, which were infected with 1-9% of common bunt, were resistant. Out of 23 Bt-isogenic
lines, 18 isogenic lines were distinguished as highly resistant. They are M84-522 to 530, RB / SEL
1403 (Bt-2), M82-542 to 550, RB / TK 3055 (Bt-4), Red Bobs / Hohenheimer (Bt-5), M82-562 to
570), RB / TK3055 (Bt-7), M78-9496, RB / PI 178210 (White Seed) (Bt-8), M84-597 to 605, RB / CI
7090. (Bt-9), M82-625, SEL M83 -162 (Bt-10), Doubi, DW (Bt-14), Carlton, DW (Bt-15), SEL 2092
(Bt-1), SEL1102 (Bt-2), Turkey 1558 (Bt-4), Hohenheime (Bt-5), Rio (Bt-6), R63-6968 (Bt-10),
M82-2123 (Bt-8.9.10), P.I.119333 (M82-2141), BW (Bt-12) and Thwle III .P.I. 181463, BW (Bt-13).
M84-532 to 538, RB / RDT (Bt-3) and Ridit (Bt-3) lines infected with the disease at a rate of 1 percent
were found to be resistant. 11 varieties with the highest average value of 3 stages of the biomass index
were distinguished: Zhetysu, Nureke, Sapaly, Raminal, Karasai, President, Kyzyl Biday, Almaly,
Mereke 70 and Manshuk. Zhetysu, Sapaly, Raminal, Karasai, Krasnovodopadskaya 210, President and
Manshuk, which weighed more than 47 grams per 1000 grains, had the highest scores.
