Socio-economic background of preparation of future elementary school teachers to administrative activity
The article «Socio-economic background of preparation of future elementary school teachers to administrative
activity» is devoted to one of the topical issues of modern society, as modern dynamic world presents a qualitatively
new requirements to teacher. From a specialist requires high level of professionalism and competence, mobility, abil-
ity to adapt professional, continuous self-improvement. The result of this modernization should be updated system of
preparation, retraining and professional development of teachers, including preparation for management activities,
meet the requirements of society to teachers. In this paper, the author examines the socio-economic background of
preparation of future elementary school teachers to administrative activity. The author connected the main socio-eco-
nomic background preparation of future elementary school teachers to administrative activities in the Republic of
Kazakhstan with the demographic situation of the country, the needs for teaching staff and the features of educational
policy.
Key words: vocational preparation, elementary school teachers, administrative activity, manager of education,

This article is devoted to training in English by means of the mixed method. Weconsiderblended learning for stu-
dents who combine face-to-face instruction with online activities such as collaborative discussions, group projects,
or other assignments.Its aims are to develop integrated linguistic skills, with an emphasis on listening comprehension
and oral production and a focus on learning for authenticcommunication.
